99qb reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks on any account at any time. During a verification review, deposit and withdrawal functionality may be temporarily restricted until the review is complete. This is a routine security process and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
All deposits on the 99qb platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time — check the deposit section of your account for the current list of supported options.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 99qb for standard accounts, although individual payment providers may have their own transaction limits that apply independently of 99qb's rules.
99qb does not charge fees on deposits from our side. Any transaction fees charged by JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or Raast are applied by those providers independently and are outside 99qb's control.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing using someone else's JazzCash account, bank account or mobile wallet is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and return of funds to the source account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If that method is unavailable, 99qb support will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 99qb payments team and processed within one to three business days under normal conditions. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated processing time, contact support at [email protected] with your account mobile number and the withdrawal reference number. The payments team will investigate and update you within 24 hours.

Each bonus or promotion has its own set of specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read and understood before claiming any offer.
Wagering requirements: A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified in the promotion terms.
One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the later claim being voided.
The 99qb VIP programme is available to all registered players automatically from the time of their first deposit. There is no separate opt-in process. VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and higher — are assigned based on cumulative wagering activity across all game categories on the platform.
Each tier carries a weekly cashback benefit calculated on net losses during the preceding calendar week. Cashback is credited to your account balance every Monday. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error or display fault — the outcome recorded by the game server takes precedence. Multiple bets and accumulators: Where accumulator bets include one or more legs that are voided (for example due to a match postponement), the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg was not included. The reduced accumulator is settled normally on the remaining legs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99qb platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:
99qb actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. If you suspect another player of violating these rules, report it to support. Do not attempt to address it yourself.
99qb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, among others:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, your real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus balances that have not been wagered.
